At Adject AI, we strive to deliver the best possible experience for our users. Because we incur API and infrastructure costs with every generation, we maintain the following refund policy for subscriptions and purchases.
1. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are billed upfront. We offer a 7-day grace period for refunds if you are unsatisfied, provided your usage has not exceeded 20 generations. After this period, refunds are not available.
2. Credits and Add-Ons
Purchases of extra credits or one-time add-ons are non-refundable once used.
If you accidentally purchase duplicate credits or experience a technical error, please contact support within 48 hours at support@adject.ai for review.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in special cases, including:
Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
Technical issues preventing you from using the service despite following support guidance.
Unauthorized transactions, once verified.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@adject.ai with the following:
Your account email address.
Transaction ID or invoice number.
Reason for the refund request.
We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
